Assistance Needed!

With the junior season only a few weeks away, we are seeking everyone’s assistance.

As parents would be aware, junior matches can’t proceed without volunteers.

Certain jobs and officials are required for every game, and this year, we aim to spread the workload evenly, so that every family is contributing, and the same jobs are not left to the same people. We will be implementing a roster system for match days.

However, now is also a great time for people to put their hands up for some jobs, to ease the load on our already appointed coaches.

Our coaches volunteer their time to help coach everyone’s children.

The least we can do in return for them, is all make an equal contribution so that coaches are not searching for game day volunteers, on top of already committing to coach a team.

We are looking for any family members or friends to volunteer for roles for our junior teams.

All coaches have been appointed, we now require most importantly a Team Manager for each junior team.

This will involve various roles, but training will be provided.

A team manager is just as important as any coach, and their contribution can’t be under estimated.

We also require trainers, who only require a current first aid, where training also can be provided by the club.

Various training seminars for trainers will begin soon so it would be great to lock them in as soon as possible.

Other match day requirements are for a; match day official, umpires escort, boundary, goal and or field umpires.
