New Senior Coach - Peter Lohner!

There was more good news to come at the end of last night’s AGM.

Long serving Club Legend and Life Member, Peter Lohner was appointed Senior Coach for 2020.

The club felt it was time to look within, and with Peter, felt he embodied everything the club was looking for.

Last night at the 2019 Northern Saints Annual General Meeting, the new Committee for 2020 was formed!

The 2019 AGM is coming up on  Monday, October 7 at 7pm. Make sure to get along, have your say and better yet, join the committee to help shape the future of the club!

Club Statement

The Northern Saints would like to formally announce that Brett Kennerley will no longer be senior coach in 2020. This was a very hard decision for the club and one that was made after careful consideration. The club would like to thank Brett for the dedication he showed this season and he is to be admired for his professionalism.

Senior Presentation Night

The senior group presentation night is this Saturday night from 6:30pm at Melrose Receptions in Tullamarine.

Tickets available at the club or at the door on the night.

Under 19's go down in the grand final

There could only be one winner on the day.

Our boys can hold their heads up high for the spirit they showed and the way they handled themselves speaks volumes of the character of this group, and is also a reflection of the way they are coached.

Peter Lohner lead these boys with class and distinction.

To enjoy a win is important, but to be humble in defeat is even more important.

Congratulations to Westmeadows, the better team on the day.

Senior Group Vote Count

With the season done and dusted for our club, we now turn our attention to the Senior Presentation Night, this coming Saturday.

Prior to that, on Thursday, we will start the vote count, counting the votes to the initial rounds.

Come on down from 6:30.

The under 19's are in to the Grand Final!!!

After a fantastic win over Tullamarine, the under 19's will take on Westmeadows in the premiership decider. Make sure to get along and support Peter Lohner and the boys at 9:30 this Saturday at Windy Hill.

Under 15 Boys presentation day

  Last but not least on Junior Presentation Day was our Under 15’s Boys Team.

Coached by inspirational mentor Rehab Zahraman, this group had a fantastic season falling just short of a place in the Grand Final, losing to the eventual premiers.

Well done to the team and a huge thank you to the volunteers!

Under 13's presentation day

Great job by Youssef Abdallah and his team on a year of development for his Under 13’s Boys team.

Well done to the award winners.

A tough year for this group who showed great perseverance and determination throughout the season.

The coaches and players are already looking forward to next year and bigger and better things.
