Everything you need to know about getting your gear — postage, pickup, and what to do if a size isn't right.

Selecting club pickup at checkout means there's no postage to pay. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect from the club at Charles Mutton Reserve, Fawkner — usually around match days and training nights. Bring your order number.
Orders are usually packed within a few business days of payment. Some items (particularly on-field guernseys) may be made or restocked to order, which can take longer — if so, we'll be in touch with an estimate. You'll get an email receipt as soon as your payment is confirmed.
We want you in the right gear. If something isn't right:
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on socks unless they're faulty. Personalised or made-to-order items can't be returned for change of mind. None of this affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
